  • I’ve received the wrong item(s). What do I do?
    If you have received the wrong item within 7 days from receiving them, then please drop us an email at _______________, who will be happy to assist you in getting this issue resolved.
  • I have a faulty/damaged item(s). What do I do?
    If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please drop us an email. We will then assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, thereafter depending on the results send over a brand new item or offer a refund. We will get back to you within 1 - 3 working days.
  • When can I expect my orders to arrive?
    In-stock items: within 3-5 working days Pre-order items: within 9-24 working days This excludes holidays and logistics provider’s non-working days.
